Malawi draw lessons from the Asia- Africa Agribusiness Forum in New Delhi

A three- day Asia-Africa Agribusiness Forum was held from 4 - 6 February at Kempinske Ambience Hotel in New Delhi but was officially inaugurated at FICCI Auditorium by H.E. Pranab Mukherjee, President of India. The main objective of the forum was to provide a platform for countries from Asia and Africa to strengthen cooperation and forge new partnerships in the agriculture and food-processing sector.

Mr. Randson Mwadiwa led  the Malawi delegation to the 10th  CII –Exim Bank Conclave held at Taj Place Hotel in New Delhi on 10 March 2014. Also attending the Conclave were Mr Sandram Maweru, Secretray for Water Development and Irrigation and Mr Clement Kumbemba, Chief Executive of Malawi Invetsment and Trade Centre (MITC).
